i have to crck my knuckles at least 10 times a day an if i dont i get really down and sad
its kind of annoying because cracking my knuckles sometimes hurts [especially on about the 8th time, my knuckles get annoyed them and dont want to crack]

I do that too, and with my back. but i dont get sad if i dont its just if something reminds me of it or i start thinking of it it starts to itch in my fingers and my back and i have to crack it... Like now x|

did u know that when u crack your knuckles your actually moving your knuckles back and forth out of position ugh nasty i know!!!! Maybe now you'll stop??

I have a friend who likes to do that. In-fact, she cracks other people's knuckles and that freaks me out a bit. <shudder>
