I think I am quite insane. Before going to sleep, I usually lay there imagining that I've been in some accident. And Im like trapped under rubble in a collapsed building or laid in a hospital bed. Or ive been kidnapped and tied up so i cant move.. Whichever I end up thinking about. I drift off to a lovely sleep with no problems - and no nightmares! |
