My food can't touch - My plate at Thanksgiving looks like a map of the Hawaiian Islands - little Islands all seperated from each other. Gravy is only neutral when it comes to potatos or turkey, it can't drift to any of the other islands or they are tainted and I can't eat them. Chinese food is a different story too - if it comes mixed then its fine but otherwise Fried Rice & General Tso's chicken need to be segregated.
