lights going on or off

Description:

when i am driving or even walking any light with a weak link or something either turns on or off depending on whether it was on or off before i came near or went past it. radios also change stations or become staticky when i am near or when i touch them.when we had just regular tv with antennaes i would walk past and the screen would turn blue i would walk away and the station wiould be fine.
