Description:
I used to change me underwear and socks twice a day. I feel I had to do this otherwise I would be considered unclean.
Over the past year I have managed to ween myelf off this practice but occasionally I still do it without thinking.
In case your wondering I have quite a large amount of pants, and lucky have two kids so the washing machine is always on the go.

change your underwear daily thing. I mean if you don't thats just weird and gross (no offense)
